FOLLOW-ME ROBOT CAR: 3D PRINT FILES (made for Lens)
=========================================================
All files are in millimeters at REAL size. Do NOT scale them.
Each part already sits flat side down, so you can print it the way it opens.
No supports are needed. (If your slicer asks, "touching build plate" is fine for the camera mast.)

FILES TO 3D PRINT (print 1 of each, except the clips: print 4)
The wheels, motors, lights, camera, board, battery and speaker are NOT printed. You BUY them (see the parts list in the PDF).
1_chassis_deck.stl 180 x 112 x 30 mm Chassis deck. The board, battery, lights and mast all sit on it. Prints flat side down.
2_motor_cradle_LEFT.stl 76 x 27 x 22 mm Left motor holder. It screws under the deck (4x M3x10 from the top).
3_motor_cradle_RIGHT.stl 76 x 27 x 22 mm Right motor holder (mirror of the left one).
4_caster_riser.stl 20 x 56 x 27 mm Block under the front. The ball caster screws to it, so the car sits level.
5_top_cover_v2_with_lights.stl 165 x 112 x 38 mm Cover with the speaker vents, a big window for the ON/OFF switch, and taillight holes.
6_huskylens_mast.stl 22 x 60 x 80 mm Camera mast. It holds the HuskyLens up high, tilted 12 degrees up. The back window shows its screen.
7_motor_clip_print4.stl 12 x 27 x 3 mm Motor clip. PRINT 4. Each one screws under a motor holder to keep the motor in.

PRINT SETTINGS (PLA is fine)
  layer 0.2 mm · 3 walls · 20% infill · no supports
The biggest part (deck) is 180 x 112 mm, so it fits any normal printer bed (220 x 220 or bigger).

WHAT IT IS SIZED FOR (all DFRobot parts)
  TT gear motor FIT0016 ........ 70 x 22.5 x 18.6 mm (each holder is a snug 19.1 mm slot)
80 mm silicone wheel FIT0500 .. wheel axle sits 40 mm off the floor
Metal ball caster FIT0007 ..... 24 mm tall, holes 40 mm apart (riser makes up the rest so the car is level)
  Romeo V2 board DFR0225 ........ 89 x 84 mm tray with corner guides and zip-tie slots
  6xAA holder FIT0141 ........... 93 x 57 mm tray with a lift-out gap and strap slots
  Speaker FIT0502 ............... 70 x 30 x 16 mm, screws under the cover vents (24 x 63 mm screw pitch, M2.5 screws from the kit)
  HuskyLens SEN0305 ............. 52 x 44.5 mm holder with a shelf, slotted M3 holes and zip-tie slots
LED modules ................... 8 mm light windows (front plates on the deck, rear holes in the cover). Zip-tie the modules behind them.

SCREWS (all in the DFRobot mounting kit FIT0224)
Motor holders to deck: 8x M3x10 from the top
Caster riser to deck: 2x M3x10 from the top. Ball caster to riser: 2x M3x12 from below
  Motor clips: 8x M3x10
  Mast to deck: 2x M3x12 + nuts
Cover to deck: 4x M3x10 (drop them down the tall tubes)
Speaker to cover: 4x M2.5x8 tapping screws
The holes are made a little small so the screws cut their own thread in the plastic.

THINGS TO CHECK (I could not measure these)
  - The LED, buzzer and Bluetooth boards' hole spacing isn't on the store pages, so they use zip ties or tape.
  - The HuskyLens bracket hole spacing isn't on the store page either, so the mast has long slots plus zip-tie slots.
  - The TT motor's own mounting holes aren't used. The motor is held by the slot plus the clips.

Ask an adult to help with the batteries and the first power-on.
